Our Sydney-wide average for a three-bedroom move is $950 over 5–7 hours, including wrapping and transport. Use that as a starting point, rather than a price for your particular property. A truck left at the gate means a longer trip for every box and piece of furniture. Rates can also vary by location and season.
Before we quote, send a photo looking from the driveway entrance towards the house, along with your furniture list. Let us know roughly how far it is to walk from the place the truck can stop.
We put Vineyard's acreage moves in a separate category in our Sydney move difficulty index. The house itself may be easy to load, but a gravel driveway or limited turning space can leave the truck too far away. That is a planning guide based on crew estimates, so we still need to check your address.
Vineyard's growth precinct is in Hawkesbury local government area, within Sydney's North West Growth Area. It spans both sides of Windsor Road, with Boundary Road at its eastern edge. NSW Planning's Stage 1 plan allows for up to 2,300 new homes. That is a development plan, not a count of finished houses.
If you are moving into a newly built home, confirm the handover date and whether the driveway will be usable. For an acreage property, tell us about the gate and the surface beyond it. We need those details to choose a truck that can take the load and get close enough to work.
The surrounding growth precincts include Riverstone and Box Hill. We can handle a move between them and Vineyard, or a move to Windsor. A short drive between homes still needs time for wrapping and carrying.
Tell us what you want packed before the crew arrives and what needs to come out of storage. We include that work when discussing your move.
We charge for local work in blocks of half an hour. Carrying furniture along a driveway counts towards that time.
We move furniture interstate by road. Include access at your Vineyard property and the destination when you enquire.
Add desks and office furniture to the inventory. For a business relocation, we offer weekend and after-hours bookings.
We offer storage for gaps between moving dates, starting from one night. Allow for unloading into storage and moving out again.
Ask us to pack just the breakables, or to handle every room. If you are packing yourself, finish before loading starts to avoid holding up the move.
Every crew member has five or more years of experience moving furniture.
The truck belongs to us. We equip it with trolleys and heavy-duty blankets for the load.
There is no separate call-out charge on our local packages. The smallest packages carry a two-hour minimum; larger ones have a four-hour minimum.
We have public liability cover, plus insurance for goods in transit. Discuss cover for your furniture with us before booking.
We bring mattress covers and shrink wrap, with free bubble wrap for items that need it.
Your move has a team leader. We share their mobile number for direct contact while the job is under way.
Our booking line is open Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm.

Vineyard Station is at Riverstone Parade and Bandon Road. Riverstone has its own station, so saying you are near the station does not give us enough to find the entrance. Send the full street address and flag a separate driveway entry.
For a long driveway, measure the narrowest opening between the gateposts. Include any low branches or overhead obstruction in the photos. Show us where the truck could turn, rather than assuming it can reverse all the way to the house.
If rain leaves part of the approach soft, tell us before moving day. A smaller truck may suit the entrance but leave less room for furniture. Parking farther away means more carrying. We need to weigh both options against your load.
Check the destination too. A ground-floor house at one end does not cancel out stairs or a long carry at the other.
Send pictures of any shed contents that are coming with you, and identify what stays. A bedroom count tells us little about shelves full of tools or bulky outdoor furniture.
We cannot take gas bottles, fuel or other hazardous and flammable materials. If equipment contains fuel, raise it with us before including it in your inventory.
We work from our Marrickville depot at 2/369 Illawarra Road. To talk through your move, phone 1300 005 400. You can also email your inventory and both addresses to info@nextlevelremovals.com.au with the date you have in mind. A deposit reserves the booking; we collect the balance once the move is complete.
We can give you a starting estimate, but we need the furniture list and access details to make it useful. Include items outside the house. A three-bedroom home with a full shed is a different load from one with empty outbuildings.
Send the opening width and photos of the approach. We can discuss vehicle size with you. For a fixed price, we can inspect onsite. Leave room to assess the driveway before booking rather than guessing from a car fitting through.
Only if you have a secure, dry place and can carry them safely. Getting packed and clearing the path helps. Leaving boxes exposed to weather while you wait for the truck can create another problem.
We include the work of taking furniture apart and reassembling it. Mention anything you are unsure comes apart before booking. Taking a bed frame apart does not make a large one-piece sofa smaller.
Let us know as soon as the date changes. We can discuss storage if you must leave your current home first. Moving into storage and then into the house adds handling, so confirm key access before setting the move date.

I’ve moved many times across Sydney and interstate, and this was by far the best moving experience I’ve had.
The team at Next Level Removals were incredibly professional, patient, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. They shrink wrapped and protected furniture properly, handled everything with care, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy.

Next Level did a big move for us, Sydney to Mansfield VIC and these guys really know what they’re doing. They are professional. The quoted price was very good, as was Roodi’s communication during the process. We had 30 yeas of stuff which included some antiques and our gear was really well looked after, with not a single mark or scratch on anything. They used bubble wrap, paper and vacuum wrap as needed. Have been most impressed by the customer service by the Next Level Removals team.
Was able to book a small job to move a dining table and 4 chairs at short notice for a reasonable fixed price with the help of Roodi.
On the day of the move, both Oliver and Amir were professional, friendly, efficient and provided good communication when advising they were running early. They were also very accommodating in keeping my furniture dry with blankets in delivery when heavy rain arrived at the same time!
