Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the removal, packing, unpacking, backloading, transport and storage services supplied by Next Level Removals (ABN 96 619 815 075). In these Terms, "Next Level Removals", "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity, and "Customer", "you" and "your" mean the person or organisation requesting or booking the services.

Quotes and Scope of Services

Next Level Removals provides obligation-free quotes tailored to the information supplied about your move. A fixed quote may be prepared after an inspection or assessment and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Published package prices are standard starting prices. Actual pricing may vary depending on the season and the locations involved in the move. Backloading quotes also depend on the route, cubic volume, access at both ends, timing, date flexibility and available shared truck space.

You must provide accurate information about the pick-up and delivery addresses, inventory, property access, stairs, lifts, long carries, parking, loading docks, preferred dates, fragile or bulky goods, packing requirements, storage requirements and any additional stops or services.

Next Level Removals publishes an open pricing policy with no hidden fees, surprise charges or call-out fees. If your inventory, access conditions or requested services change from those the quote was based on, we will confirm the revised price with you before the additional work is carried out.

If your booking confirmation and these Terms contain inconsistent information, the booking confirmation applies.

Hourly Rates, Minimum Charges and GST

The published local moving packages are:

• Package 1, with a 20-25 m3 truck: $50 per half hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours, plus GST.
• Package 2, with a 25-30 m3 truck: $60 per half hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours, plus GST.
• Package 3, with a 30-40 m3 truck: $67 per half hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours, plus GST.
• Package 4, with a 40-50 m3 truck: $75 per half hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours, plus GST.
• Package 5, with a 50-60 m3 truck: $80 per half hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours, plus GST.

Published local prices include wrapping, loading, transport and unloading. Where services are supplied on an hourly basis, requested furniture disassembly and reassembly form part of the time worked.

Published country and interstate prices are plus GST. Published backloading prices have a minimum volume of 5 cubic metres and start from $100 plus GST.

The package, truck, team size, minimum charge and included services that apply to your move are set out in your booking confirmation.

Bookings and Deposits

Submitting an online booking or quote form provides Next Level Removals with the details needed to facilitate your move. Your requested date and services become a confirmed booking when we issue a booking confirmation.

A deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable on completion of the job.

For boxes supplied with a local Sydney move, Next Level Removals publishes a fully refundable deposit of $5 per box, refunded when the boxes are returned in good condition within 30 days. Interstate moving boxes are published at half price.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel a confirmed booking, at least one week of notice is required. The booking deposit is not refundable.

To change the date, time, addresses or scope of a confirmed booking, at least one week of notice is required and the booking deposit is not refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Access, Parking and Property Information

You must disclose all access conditions that may affect the move, including stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, low clearances, steep or narrow driveways, gated access, loading docks, long carries, restricted moving hours and limited truck parking. Lift bookings and access arrangements should be identified during the quote process.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for any parking permits, loading zone access, building access approvals and lift bookings required at either address.

You must provide safe and lawful access to each relevant property at the agreed time.

Preparing for the Move

Unless packing services have been included, all bookshelves, cabinets, drawers and other furniture must be emptied and their contents packed before the move. Boxes should be ready for loading when the removal team arrives.

Tell Next Level Removals during the quote process about any item that is fragile, valuable, unusually heavy, oversized, difficult to access or requires disassembly. Packing, unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly can be arranged as part of the service.

Keep any goods that are not being moved separate from the moving area, and clearly identify the goods that are to be transported.

Goods We Do Not Carry

Next Level Removals does not transport hazardous materials, fuel, gas bottles, flammable substances, pets or perishable goods.

Customers are not permitted to travel in a moving truck. Pets must be transported separately.

Care of Goods and Property

Next Level Removals uses protective wrapping, blankets, padding and secure loading methods when moving furniture and other goods. Furniture moves include blankets and shrink-wrap on each piece, with disassembly and reassembly where needed. When Next Level Removals packs precious or delicate items, the process includes industrial-strength bubble wrap and, depending on the item, felt blankets or a padded, clearly labelled box.

You must tell Next Level Removals about valuable, rare, delicate or sentimental items so that suitable packing and handling can be discussed before the move.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Insurance

Goods moved by Next Level Removals are covered by public liability insurance and goods in transit insurance.

Insurance information does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

Next Level Removals accepts major credit cards, bank transfers and cash. A surcharge of 2% applies to card payments.

A deposit secures your booking and the balance is payable on completion of the job. Payment is due when the job is finished. An invoice is available on request.

Timing and Delays

Next Level Removals plans moves using the information supplied about the route, inventory, access and requested services. Traffic, roadworks, weather, property access, parking restrictions, building requirements and other booked work may affect timing.

Backloading requires flexibility because goods share space on an existing interstate or regional run. Exact backloading windows depend on the full run, other booked work, access and safe loading order. Published interstate price tables include estimated transport periods for the listed routes, and the timing that applies to your move is confirmed in your quote or booking.

Storage Services

Where storage is included, Next Level Removals offers short-term and long-term storage and handles transport into and out of storage. Storage pricing depends on the space required and the length of storage, and is provided by quote. The minimum storage period is one night.

Storage facilities are clean and monitored 24/7. Items packed for storage are protected with blankets, cartons and wrapping materials, and Next Level Removals can pack your goods for storage as part of the service. Access to stored goods can be arranged with notice.

The goods listed under "Goods We Do Not Carry" also cannot be placed into storage.

To end a storage arrangement, or to arrange collection or delivery of stored goods, at least one week of notice is required.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or other protection provided by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.

If Next Level Removals fails to comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are in addition to any rights available under these Terms or an applicable insurance policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts that hear appeals from them, subject to any right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
