For a two-bedroom move, our general guide is 3–5 hours and an average cost of $594, including wrapping, loading, transport and unloading. That is a Sydney-wide guide, not a Lane Cove average. Your location and the season can affect rates. A walk-up flat or a house with steps between the door and the road can take longer than the same load with level access.
Send us a furniture list, with photos showing the way out of your home. We need the access at your new address too, even when you're only moving a few streets away.
Lane Cove is mostly flats and apartments. In the ABS 2021 Census, they accounted for 62.4% of the suburb's occupied private homes. Separate houses made up 30.3%. A floor number and a lift booking tell us more about your move than the bedroom count alone.
Our Sydney Move Difficulty Index rates Lane Cove as Moderate for its steep blocks and pockets of apartments. That is our planning judgement, not a measure of every address. Tell us what your building is actually like and we can quote your move.
Lane Cove's shopping centre sits around the meeting of Burns Bay Road and Longueville Road. If your office is there, tell us which entrance we should use for furniture, especially if it differs from the customer entrance.
For office bookings, we offer weekend and after-hours work. Check the building's access hours before choosing a time. An evening move only helps if we can still use the lift and loading area.
Tell us how much of the packing you'd like to do yourself. We'll quote for the help you need.
We move your furniture within Sydney. Include balcony furniture and anything kept in a separate garage when you send your list.
We move desks and shelving. Let us know which pieces need taking apart before they leave the office.
We also move interstate. Include the destination address in your enquiry; access at that home matters when we quote too.
We offer full packing or help with selected rooms and fragile pieces. We can unpack at the new home too.
Our minimum storage stay is one night. Tell us if your furniture needs to go into storage before the new place is ready.
We have smaller vehicles and one-removalist options. Flag heavy items and stairs so we can check whether that suits your load.
We give you your team leader's direct mobile contact for the move.
We use company-owned trucks. Your furniture list helps us choose the size; entrance photos help us check access.
We bring heavy-duty blankets in the truck to protect furniture during the move, plus trolleys for carrying loads.
We can inspect your home onsite for a fixed quote if you'd prefer that to paying by time.
Mattress covers and shrink wrap come with our trucks, along with free bubble wrap.
Furniture disassembly and reassembly are included. Show us any piece that needs taking apart before it can leave the room.
Every member of your moving crew has worked as a removalist for at least five years.

Epping Road meets Longueville Road and Parklands Avenue at the same intersection. If your building is nearby, send us the driveway location as well as the street address. We need to know where the furniture comes out, not just where the front door appears on a map.
For a flat, ask the building manager which hours you can move and how to reserve the lift. Measure your largest piece against the lift doorway and cabin. A sofa that won't fit needs a different plan before moving day. Tell us about any garage height limit and the walk between the loading area and lift.
Parts of Lane Cove slope down towards the river, but we check stairs at the individual property. If your house is below road level, photos should show the full path to the street, including turns on outdoor stairs. A longer carry adds repeated trips; a bigger truck won't shorten that path.
Lane Cove is in the Lane Cove Council area. If you're unsure where we can stop or whether you need to arrange space for a truck, check with that council before booking. A building's lift reservation doesn't answer the street-parking question.
We're based in Marrickville. Call 1300 005 400 or email info@nextlevelremovals.com.au with your moving date and both addresses. Include your furniture list, and tell us what is still to be packed.
We also handle moves between Lane Cove and North Sydney or Cremorne. Moving to Ryde or Epping? Send the entrance photos for that home too. For a move further along the North Shore, check the destination's lift or driveway access before setting the day.
To confirm the booking, we need a deposit. You'll pay the remaining amount on completion.
A short drive saves road time, but we still need to wrap and carry everything at both ends. Stairs or waiting for a shared lift can extend the job even if the new home is nearby. Send us the access details for both buildings before making plans for later that day.
Send us the booking window before confirming the move. We need to compare it with your furniture load and the distance from the truck. If the window is too short, speak to the building manager about extending it before you book us.
Send the sofa dimensions and photos of the stairs, including the landings and turns. We can check that route before quoting. Taking furniture apart helps only when the piece is designed for it; don't assume every sofa can be dismantled.
Only if you need it. If most things are already boxed, ask us to pack just the fragile items. For a shared-lift move, finish your own packing before the crew arrives so your lift time goes towards moving the load.

Roodi was in contact to explain the quote so there were no misunderstandings. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Next Level Removals, I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. I moved from Camden, to Orange, and the whole process what easy.
They were by far the best priced and had no hidden costs. Things that other companies pay extra for were included, such as extra wrapping for more protection of your items.

I’ve moved many times across Sydney and interstate, and this was by far the best moving experience I’ve had.
The team at Next Level Removals were incredibly professional, patient, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. They shrink wrapped and protected furniture properly, handled everything with care, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy.
I’d highly recommend them. If you have a larger move, bulky furniture or awkward access, I’d definitely recommend spending a little extra for 3 removalists. It made the move incredibly efficient and well worth it.

Next Level did a big move for us, Sydney to Mansfield VIC and these guys really know what they’re doing. They are professional. The quoted price was very good, as was Roodi’s communication during the process. We had 30 yeas of stuff which included some antiques and our gear was really well looked after, with not a single mark or scratch on anything. They used bubble wrap, paper and vacuum wrap as needed. Have been most impressed by the customer service by the Next Level Removals team.
Was able to book a small job to move a dining table and 4 chairs at short notice for a reasonable fixed price with the help of Roodi.
On the day of the move, both Oliver and Amir were professional, friendly, efficient and provided good communication when advising they were running early. They were also very accommodating in keeping my furniture dry with blankets in delivery when heavy rain arrived at the same time!

First to come back with a quote (which was much more reasonable than any other) Great communications and easy to book.
