On the day the guys showed up when they said they would, they were professional and extremely polite. They called when they were 10 mins away from my new place, and made a quick job of unpacking. As it was raining they made sure their showers were taken off whenever going into a room with carpet! They are very thoughtful around the whole process. 100% recommend!!

The team at Next Level Removals were incredibly professional, patient, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. They shrink wrapped and protected furniture properly, handled everything with care, and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy.

I’d highly recommend them. If you have a larger move, bulky furniture or awkward access, I’d definitely recommend spending a little extra for 3 removalists. It made the move incredibly efficient and well worth it.

It was quite a distance from Mascot to Goulburn, and a long day for them, but everything was moved according to the quote and plan. Next Level did a big move for us, Sydney to Mansfield VIC and these guys really know what they’re doing. They are professional. The quoted price was very good, as was Roodi’s communication during the process. We had 30 yeas of stuff which included some antiques and our gear was really well looked after, with not a single mark or scratch on anything. They used bubble wrap, paper and vacuum wrap as needed. They are happy, friendly and hard working guys, who I highly recommend to anyone in need of a removal company.

Had an awesome experience with my move, Roodi was easy to contact and had good communication in preparation for the move. On the day him and his colleague worked fast and effective. Made the move from Dubbo back to Sydney a lot less stressful! Will move with them again if I have to in the future and definitely recommend!

Have been most impressed by the customer service by the Next Level Removals team.
Was able to book a small job to move a dining table and 4 chairs at short notice for a reasonable fixed price with the help of Roodi.
On the day of the move, both Oliver and Amir were professional, friendly, efficient and provided good communication when advising they were running early. They were also very accommodating in keeping my furniture dry with blankets in delivery when heavy rain arrived at the same time!

Olivar and Amir were absolute pros, really friendly and were careful with all the furniture. The whole move took only two hours for a 1 bedroom unit, including bed disassembly and reassembly. Highly recommend Next Level Removals!

First to come back with a quote (which was much more reasonable than any other) Great communications and easy to book. Then on the day .. wow.. the team from Truck 1 were a pleasure to deal with beginning to end. They packaged everything beautifully, understood all instructions and were not phased at all by the obstacles that came our way with access, even a broken lift..
